Following the consultation, you will receive a personalised treatment plan outlining dietary, lifestyle, nutritional and herbal recommendations. Where appropriate, pathology or functional testing may also be recommended to provide further clinical insight.

Your first follow-up consultation is typically scheduled 2–4 weeks after your initial appointment, allowing time for any recommended testing to be completed and initial treatment recommendations to begin taking effect.
During this consultation, we review your results and outline the next steps in your treatment plan, including personalised dietary, lifestyle, herbal, and nutritional recommendations tailored to your individual needs and health goals.
3.Follow Up Consultation (all appointments thereafter)

Follow-up consultations are where we begin to identify patterns, refine your treatment plan and build a deeper understanding of how your body responds to nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation and environmental factors over time.The goal is not only to improve symptoms, but to help you better understand your own health, identify potential triggers and make informed decisions moving forward.
